- 3 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh raw broccoli florets chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed and golden. Slice and serve.
